Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the AnonFund website and the AnonFund smart contract. By using either, you accept them.
1. What AnonFund is
AnonFund is an open, non-custodial protocol deployed on BNB Chain. This website is a client that lets you interact with that contract from your own wallet. The contract has no operator: nobody can pause it, reverse a transaction, recover a lost claim code, or move funds without a valid signature from a campaign's claim key.
2. No custody, no intermediary
We never hold, control or have access to your funds, your wallet or your claim codes. All transactions are signed by you and executed by the blockchain. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, your seed phrase and your claim codes.
3. Your responsibilities
- Comply with the laws that apply to you, including tax, charity-solicitation and sanctions rules.
- Do not use AnonFund for fraud, money laundering, financing of unlawful activity, or to deceive donors.
- Describe campaigns truthfully. Campaign content is written to a public blockchain and cannot be edited or deleted.
- Verify a campaign yourself before donating. We do not vet, endorse or guarantee any campaign.
4. Risks
You acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Smart-contract bugs. The code is tested and verified but has not been independently audited.
- Permanent loss of funds if a claim code is lost and the creator wallet is also unavailable.
- Theft of funds if a claim code is exposed before it is rotated.
- Blockchain-level risks: network congestion, forks, RPC outages, wallet bugs.
- Privacy is probabilistic. On-chain analysis, amount correlation or your own operational mistakes can reveal links.
5. No warranty, limitation of liability
AnonFund is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the contributors to AnonFund are not liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from your use of the website or the contract, including loss of funds.
6. Availability of this website
We may change or discontinue this website at any time. The contract will continue to function regardless; campaigns and balances live on-chain and can be accessed with any compatible client.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use means acceptance.
